Meet Melody Smith

Since 2004, I’ve had the privilege of helping families buy and sell homes throughout the Tennessee Valley. As a lifelong resident of Cleveland, TN, I bring not only local expertise but also a deep love for this community. What started as a solo career grew into a family business when my husband, Jimmy Smith, joined me. Together, we became The Smith Team.

Jimmy brings a wealth of knowledge to our clients with his background as both a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee and Georgia and a licensed contractor. His construction expertise adds tremendous value for our buyers and sellers—whether it’s evaluating a home’s potential, guiding renovations, or helping sellers prepare their property for the market.

On a personal note, Jimmy and I have been happily married for more than three decades. We’ve raised two wonderful children and are now proud grandparents. We love the Tennessee Valley lifestyle and spend much of our free time with family, enjoying the outdoors and life on the river.
